Lesley developed her passion for real estate at an early age, influenced by her grandparents’ oil and gas business and strong entrepreneurial roots in Oklahoma. She spent much of her childhood with her grandparents, who owned Roberts Café in Nestopark, where her grandfather instilled in her the belief that land is one of the most valuable and enduring assets. Guided by this perspective, Lesley began her real estate career at 18 years old, serving clients throughout the Oklahoma Metro area.
Today, Lesley owns Thomas Real Estate Co. at Keller Williams and is a top-performing agent within Gary Keller’s organization. With over 20 years of experience and 27,000+ homes sold, her professional background includes new home construction, service as a MAPS Coach, speaking on Mega Agent breakout panels, and contributing to the sale of 1,700 homes with Homes by Taber from 2007 to 2016. She also brings valuable personal insight to her work, having sold her own lake home.
For Lesley, real estate is more than a profession—it is her life’s work. She is committed to guiding clients through one of life’s most significant milestones with expertise and care. Outside real estate, Lesley enjoys reading, Pilates, running, painting, and spending time with family. While her daughter Ally now resides in Dallas, Lesley remains deeply rooted in Oklahoma.
